End-user License Agreement
This End-user License Agreement applies to the ACiD Integrity QuickBooks Online integration operated by ACiD Integrity Inc. This integration is intended for internal business use by ACiD Integrity and its authorized personnel.
1. License scope
ACiD Integrity grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use this integration solely for lawful internal business purposes, including connecting authorized QuickBooks Online company data for reporting, operational review, and financial analysis.
2. Authorized use only
You may use the integration only if you are authorized by ACiD Integrity to access the relevant QuickBooks Online data and related internal systems. You must not share access credentials, bypass security controls, or use the integration for any unrelated or personal purpose.
3. Restrictions
You must not:
- reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or distribute the integration outside ACiD Integrity without written permission;
- use the integration to interfere with Intuit, QuickBooks Online, or ACiD Integrity systems;
- upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse company financial data; or
- use the integration in violation of applicable law, regulation, contract, or confidentiality obligation.
4. Data and third-party services
The integration relies on third-party services, including Intuit QuickBooks Online. Use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms, policies, and availability. ACiD Integrity is not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party providers.
5. Security responsibilities
Authorized users are responsible for protecting their devices, accounts, and credentials, and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access, data exposure, or misuse.
6. Suspension and termination
ACiD Integrity may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, to protect company systems, data, legal compliance, or business operations.
7. Warranty disclaimer
The integration is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACiD Integrity disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACiD Integrity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the integration.
9. Changes
ACiD Integrity may update this agreement from time to time by posting a revised version at this URL. Continued use of the integration after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
